Kate Frost

Kate has been working as an educator since 2008 and herself was a college athlete. She moved to Seattle from Chicago where she was a teacher in Chicago Public Schools. She comes to the Washington Education & Squash Academy with experience teaching in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Niger, West Africa. Kate has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Education. She is excited to be working at the intersection of education and athletics, as she believes this is a juncture where a phenomenal amount of growth, both intellectually and physically, but also socially and emotionally, can occur. She is excited to help our students and our program grow to their fullest potential.

Tiffany Cervantes

Program Coordinator & Squash Coach Tiffany.Cervantes@WESAcademy.org

Tiffany is a graduate of Bates College class of 2021 where she double majored in Psychology and Spanish with a concentration in Public Health and played on the Bates Women’s Squash Team. She is originally from New Haven, Conn. and is an alum of Squash Haven where she had been a member since 2014. She brings with her experience interning at both Squash Haven and StreetSquash Harlem, in the classroom and on the squash courts. In addition, Tiffany worked as a Research Assistant at Strive Leadership, where she looked at how various nonprofits track their success in order to develop a criteria for effective coaching, looking specifically at organizational statistics and measurements. Tiffany truly believes in the work and opportunities that squash and education programs provide and is enthusiastic about her time and contribution.
